Does my dog need a dog harness?
We recommend using a harness for every dog, especially for those that pull on the leash, as it protects the neck and prevents respiratory issues, tracheal damage, and other vital organ injuries. For dogs that walk calmly on a loose leash, never react to triggers, and never pull, you can choose between a regular collar and a harness based on your preference.
How to choose the correct size for my dog?
To choose the correct size, we recommend measuring your dog's chest girth, shoulder girth (at the base of the neck), and back length. How do I adjust my harness?
Each harness comes with a detailed user manual with pictures and descriptions of how to adjust your harness.
How do I clean my harness?
- Hand-washed under warm water with soap and a soft brush.
- Washing machine with delicates mode, on low spin, in a laundry bag, at a temperature of no more than 30-40 C degrees and without pressing.
For drying, place the product on the towel and wait for it to dry. Do not use aggressive detergents containing chlorine, bleach, solvents, etc. Do not use heating devices. High temperature can cause the deformation of the product.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is verified and your payment has been approved, processing time begins. This takes 3-4 business days for standard shipping (NOT including weekends or holidays). After processing, orders are shipped from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation order as well once your order has been shipped.
You may experience a longer delivery time when shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
I changed my mind, can I cancel/modify my order?
If the order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel the order. To cancel your order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel and order number to help@petforta.com
How do I return an product for a refund?
You are eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days of purchase, provided that the item is in the same condition as when it was received. To receive return instructions, please send a request to our email at help@petforta.com.
Please note, if the item being returned is in unsaleable condition (due to dirt, hair/fur, debris, or damage), a fee of 50% will be deducted from your refund amount. To receive a full refund, the complete set (including the laundry bag, etc.) must be returned.
Is shipping cost refunded if I send my product back for return or exchange?
For returns and exchanges, we do not refund shipping costs or provide pre-paid shipping labels, as the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you purchased items totaling over $50 and received free shipping, please note that if you return part of your order and the total drops below $50, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
International shipping
Please be aware that our shop is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be applied in your country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs. For an estimate of potential fees, you can visit Simply Duty.
How can I use 1-year quality guarantee?
We are confident in the quality of our products and offer a 1-year guarantee. If your product tears or breaks within one year of purchase, we will send you a new replacement.
The guarantee covers any breakage or tearing of the product under normal usage conditions, including seam rips, strap breakages, or fracture to the D-ring or connecting triangles.
Guarantee does not cover damage to metal ring coatings like scratches, damage to the reflective line, or mechanical damage such as cuts and bites from a dog. The guarantee does not cover damage if the metal parts have rusted due to contact with saltwater, for example. These types of damages are considered beyond normal wear and tear. Reasons for which guarantee replacements are not accepted include all of the aforementioned conditions, but are not limited to them.
We will replace your harness free of charge, but please note that the cost of shipping for the replacement is not included.
If your product is eligible for a replacement under our guarantee, please contact us via our support email help@petforta.com with details and photos of the damage, and your original purchase information. We will guide you through the process of claiming your replacement.
